Yes. All products on this website are brand new.
What is a replacement type remote control?
A replacement remote control is a control with all the functions of the original remote control.It can be used as a low cost option or to provide a remote control for the equipment when the original has been discontinued by the manufacturer.
It is not a universal remote control. It is designed to provide all the buttons found on the original and does not require any setup or codes to operate. When the batteries are fitted, it is ready.
What does discontinued mean?
A discontinued remote control means that the original remote control is no longer being made by the manufacturer and all sources have been exhausted.
If you have searched under the remote control number, search using the model number of the equipment as the manufacturer may have simply changed the remote control.
If you have searched under the equipment model number and it is discontinued, the best option is to select the replacement type for that model if one is available.
How do I return an item?
Products you buy online are covered by the distance selling regulations. You have seven days from reciept of goods to notify us that you wish to return an item.
If you do wish to return an item, please email us and let us know you are returning the item. Items being returned must be returned unused and in their original packing. Please ensure you obtain proof of posting from the post office when returning the item.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of reciept.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are included in the price for UK deliveries.
International orders are charged at a standard rate of £4.99 per order.
How can I test a remote control?
If you want to check any remote control, the easiest way is to use a camcorder or digital camera.
Point your remote control at the camcorder or camera and, while looking through the viewfinder, press a button on the remote control.
You should see the LED on the top of the remote control flashing on the viewfinder screen.
This method can be used to test single buttons or the entire remote control.
